Dear all,

What if Asian Financial Crisis II happen ? MRT project stalled...what will happen to youcity? Will the price drop 50%?

If Asian Financial Crisis II happened, I guess no project in Malaysia is spared from the catastrophic effect of the economic downturn....you should be wary about it before investing in You City but what the heck... if it happened, even government's mega projects could potentially be on the brink of collapsing....

So as an investor, just be optimistic and remain positive....que sera sera whistling.gif

yep went there and check..progressing really well...

You residence are fully sold out. The marketing sms are mainly on the previously "unreleased" bumi lots now available to everyone and also the bigger units.

Just found out that there will be a park n ride facility for the Tmn Suntex MRT station rclxms.gif
I wonder where will they build the parking. Regardless of the location, it will be a good development to help ease the traffic around the station.

Yes bro. Suntex station would have 'P' - Park & Ride storey parking.
And FYI, the MRT plan for the parking are all few stories parking.
It is no similar to existing Putra LRT nowadays, which have landed parking.

Oh ya..
Just sharing.

If you are from KL Sentral and wish to go Taman Suntex station, there will have SIXTEEN stations you have to pass through.

Do your own math to assume how long it takes to reach destination. sweat.gif

The configuration and layout of You Vista is rather tricky. The whole building is a 'S' shape. Choosing a unit is challenging. My unit is in Block A, middle floor, facing You Residence. Because it is a 'Sit on South and facing North' unit and away from Cheras-Kajang highway (I dislike traffic noise). Wanted units with similar orientation and facing pool but fully booked.

Which unit and block has the best location? Any comments?

To be exact, Tmn Suntex Station will be the 11th station after KL Sentral:

1. Pasar Seni
2. Merdeka
3. Bukit Bintang Central
4. Pasar Rakyat
5. Cochrane
6. Maluri
7. Tmn Bukit Ria
8. Tmn Bukit Mewah
9. Leisure Mall
10. Cheras Sentral Mall (Plaza Phoenix)
11. Tmn Suntex

Assuming the trains are expected to run at interval of 3.5 minutes for each and every station, for 11 stations, that would take 38.5 min to reach Tmn Suntex from KL Sentral. KL traffic condition by the time MRT is expected to be completed in July 2017 will definitely be much more worse than now considering the high increase in volume of passenger cars in Klang Valley and development of new skylines (both commercial and residential).

Therefore, traveling time of less than 40 minutes by train is surely a good bet! That's roughly enough time for me to read The Star newspaper, any lesser time than that, I would not be able to complete biz section of the paper, let alone sport column, hahahaha!!!

For me there is no best location in property. Previously, I have stayed in Miharja Condominium. When I first rented the house I was troubled with the LRT noise which is coming through once and a while. However, when I really got to stayed in it I found that the problem with noise wasn't that bad because I spend most of the time at work when I'm really at home I was so tired that I sleep regardless of the noise.

After that I moved to an apartment with no direct sunshine therefore my house was not that hot. I was thinking great!!!!! Finally!!!!! Add to that I got a KLCC view!!!! extra great!!!!!!!! However later when I started staying there I noticed there is a big problem. It takes my laundry longer to dry. Sometimes, it rained so often there isn't enough sun to dry them. My clothes are dried up by wind rather than the sun shine. (which is not good) This causes me a great deal of problem. The house is very humid and cool which caused illness too. So I have to open up the curtains and windows so that the sun shine can come into the house. (barely there is any direct sun shine)

That's why in Youvista I bought a place facing the sun. My thinking is that now there are curtains that can totally blocked the sun therefore for me the hot issue is not that big. I can still conquer it. If there is no sun shine in the house then the house will feel cool, humid which is not always good. Mattress, pillow, clothes and teddy bears need some ventilation and sun shine to kill off the bacteria and germs and house needed some sun to get some "yang" if not the house will be too "yin".

In conclusion, Good location for me is I rather to have sun in my house. When I don't need it I blocked it. When I need it I can use it.
