But with all due respect, if future residents wanted to look for amenities, they won't go looking for it in Tmn Suntex itself but most likely at nearby Giant, Cheras Sentral, Leisure mall etc. Furthermore, there will be some shops + a mall in the next phase, i think should be able to self sustain la if don't fancy going too far

Coz if u initial on every pg then developer cant just change the terms of d S&P right. Without ur signature, the S&P pages can b swapped without our knowledge.

Should be ok for S&P becoz it's Schedule H under HDA and developer has to follow word for word as per the sample in the Act

Passed by the site last week, the MRT construction seems to be at full speed.
I think i saw roughly the structure of the Tmn Suntex station being built, located directly in front of the market.
Roughly 10 minutes walk from You Vista

Every now and then I will drive pass the 9th mile. The progress is well on the way. Youvista Block D will start to service the interest soon as told by lawyer. MRT progress is also well underway. You can see the pillars along the Cheras-Kajang highway starting to connect itself. It's really a sight.

Could be 'New' Phase/ block release ...

yep went there and check..progressing really well...

You residence are fully sold out. The marketing sms are mainly on the previously "unreleased" bumi lots now available to everyone and also the bigger units.
