do any one know how much the expect rental once it VP at June2016? by the time, MRT still not commence yet, you walk and you festival still under construction, can you vista have a good rental yield? I expect 100sq ft unit only can rent at RM1,500-1,800.
at least have to wait till july 2017 when the mrt commence, then the rental yield will be ok. |

Those need to rent out good price... Need to ding dong until MRT done. Holding power needed. May get cheap cheap from those cannot tahan until MRT done... Bleed till dry liao... But Once MRT jalan Huang ar!!!

The ground level shops for YouVista is completed. They are now working on the car ark levels above it. Good progress i must say.

Ya I saw the carpark level is building up now for You Vista, sharing here the site photo that I took behind the sales office last weekend.Besides I also went to the so called new Cheras Sentral (formerly known as Phoenix Plaza), actually not much shops opened there yet so hope the management will attract more brand tenants in, however glad to know that TVG cinemas gonna open there soon as another option to watch movies...
