20'X70' is expected to be 450k onwards. Just looks at Sime Darby's Nilai Impian (Nilai, N. Sembilan)- intermediate linked houses namely Delfina selling price is from 450k+.

Intermediate unit 18 x 60 selling for RM240K. Total land area 100 sq m. Built up area 1,055 sq ft.

If there is demand and a willing buyer, what to do? However, my view is that only those in the lower income group will buy this kind of property and excessive profit is surely bringing hardship to this group. Hence, sellers should as much as possible consider so as to raise prices up to a point only, with compassion for the poor.

I would prefer if there is a choice, to speculate and buy and sell properties that target the upper middle income group or the rich instead.

i think the RPGT indirect bring up the property price, can check back history before RPGT the property price won't that high. rclxms.gif

The value of these houses are totally depend on how good is the developer planning and their efforts to materialize it, such as invite hypermarket, private colleges, Chinese school etc..

in this day and age why do you still care about chinese schools mate..be good in english because chances are not even 10% of your kids are gonna go to china to do business..

We study chinese cos its our roots. Learning an extra language is always beneficial.
