I think the future of Bandar Seri Coalfield should be bright almost similar to Puchong Jaya 20 years ago, if you dont believe, just look at the present traffic flow at the BSC main road.

Couldn't get close to Banyan, road all dug up, no way in.

Refer to the photo of Areca, it seems that they use sand bricks to built houses, clay bricks are only be used for the walls in between. Wonder how is the overall quality of the building materials?

Since this housing plan is present of plenty of semi-Ds, it should be belonging to at least middle upper class of housing development. The materials given at less should be more presentable. However, in term of development planning, the developer looks generous, the side walk ways are generally spacious.
A friend of mine told me that the coming 20x70 linked houses are likely to be sold at almost 500k, don't know how true is it?

Is that the package 3 building school?

Lot851 is likely belonging to the whole piece of 1000ac development land. "Pembangunan Bercampur" means "Mixed Development" for the currently launched linked houses, Semi-D etc.

'Mixed development' means pembangunan perumahan dan perniagaan (housing and business) in my work knowledge.

Yes, asked the sales person this morning, including the sole shoplots.

Hopefully it is not for flights making "round-turnings" pending landing instruction.

At the corner part of the development land, near to Surau and kindegarden. At least the subsales price is attractive.

I meaned the small linked houses with subsale price about rm200k+ is attractive. I dont know whether the mentioned 22x75 (rm880,000) is belonging to shoplots or linked houses?

Ok, these prompt sub-sales transactions would help to catalyze the future value of properties in BSC. Good news for those bought properties here but bad for those have intention to buy .. sad.gif

Infact the developer should concern about their image in the market. For this project, they should 'up-grade' their image by beautify the development at the road side such as attractive bill boards, decorative structures, flowers and plants. Just see, so many travellers use it every days.
