Best way is to drop by the site office (there are two "on-site" contractors there) and take a look at their samples and prices. Ask questions.

IMO all three are OK. So depend on final price and

Design
Material - mild steel (normal), galvanised steel (more resistant to rust) or wrought iron (no idea, but expensive)
Paint -  normal spray paint, lacquer paint (nicer) or powder coating (last longer)
Installation -  screw, anchor bar etc.

3 Kim can enquire from their FB.

Thanks for your advice. Have yet to start. icon_question.gif

Hi.

Can you pls also include request for KLK to assist in pushing TM NET for internet services as while as telephone line. I understand from tm net that only after there is 60% occupancies then only they will move in. But when are we going to achieve that number when KLK is building more and more phase. So i guess KLK can put some sense into the them.

Thanks
Duranta Onwer.

Though we didn't fix Astro, someone's bill in Hibiscus scheme was wrongly addressed to us in Banyan 1 some time back. Guess that means BSC has astro.

Now in puasa month, most Muslim food outlets in Desa Coalfields and 5 min. drive to Alam Jaya are closed. But good thing is in Desa Coalfields, the Ramadan Bazzar is open daily from 3pm to 7pm. There are about 11 stores selling all kinds of food. We were there at 5pm and still get fresh fried crispy ikan kerli, sambal asam, vege soup and some kuih. Also saw a big wok frying ... kuih, roast chicken wings... etc. we enjoyed our packed meals. For Chinese, Ong Kee in Dc is good but close on alternate Mondays.

Awiva, currently we doing a study on a survey form hope to get feedback and agree from most BSC residents.
If any neighbors approach you pls fill up and return us.
If anyone feel to help us faster start up an official RA pls pm me i will email you the survey form.
Current we just got less than 3% agreed out of 7xx units. But good is all with agree no one disagree what we doing.
This survey form also available in FB.
