Hi all. I'm looking for a grills contractor. Read about 3 Kim and Classic. How's their workmanship and pricing? Who is the Classic contact - Mr Wong or Mr Chin? Any other recommendations? Appreciate some advice. Thanks!

Best way is to drop by the site office (there are two "on-site" contractors there) and take a look at their samples and prices. Ask questions.

IMO all three are OK. So depend on final price and

Design
Material - mild steel (normal), galvanised steel (more resistant to rust) or wrought iron (no idea, but expensive)
Paint - normal spray paint, lacquer paint (nicer) or powder coating (last longer)
Installation - screw, anchor bar etc.

3 Kim can enquire from their FB.

It is gonna take a while until Unifi comes in, so in meantime what do you people use for broadband access?
I check Digi got 3G coverage, anybody has idea good or not.
Or other service providers.

Hopefully KLK will persuade TM to bring Unifi in fast.
Otherwise the shophouses also will be affected.
Hard to do business without an internet presence nowadays. My mamak place is already taking orders using iPhone5. Directly linked to kitchen and roti canai guy. Whew.

We are using Dg and Celcom mobile broadband for 3G here with no problems but as in all cases of this type, the data usage can easily reach the limit...can top up online with credit card.

Had nasty experience with a local telco. Big outlet in I U. Sales rep said BU 11 under coverage and promise fix line in a month, so paid deposit and waited. Then they said they came but we were not in but no one called to inform earlier. Another appointment said will come soon but no one came. Kept calling and waiting then after 2 months we asked for refund. Ok got $ back with no problem. Can't expect big telco staff to do this, but it happened!

Frustrated with that company, we switched to DiGi, but since also no fix line for that area, had to go for mobile broadband.

The kitchen is connected direct to the mains, the rest of the house use water tank.

Check and see if the main tap is turn on. If off water cannot go to your tank
Then check and see if the stopcock for each bathroom is turn on.

Easiest is to drop by the site office and get one of the workers to check for you.
