BSCalex, even I didn't have any idea why they issue that letter to us, since I neither submit nor apply for any reno/extension of my unit..Since the dateline for submission of any bantahan had over already, is it OK for me to submit my bantahan?

Yes is expensive because after 1 week my quota is finished and I have to top up another 110/month so comes to about 200 which is what i was paying for Unifi before.

The rate is actually their estimate of how much you can rent your unit out for. Then take 7% of the annual rental.

So if you have renovations like big kitchen, swimming pool, can rent out for more, rate also naik.

Money is used for maintenance, collect rubbish, cut grass, electricity for street light etc.

Hi, we have a unit too...

Recently we went to check its location, saw that Senna is quite a distance from the rest. Construction has began.
But we didn't go near as a lorry coming out as we about to enter.....so we made a u-turn cabut...haha..

Nice knowing a Senna buyer here. Do check updates here from time to time...

Nearby a restaurant called ' Saranya restaurant' serves tasty tosai and other dishes! Situated next to Petronas Petrol Station along Jln. Kuala Selangor, a short 2 minutes' drive from BSC. It is situated quite away from the road, partially hidden by a big tree.
