Went to the site this morning. but did not manage to get into it. All entrance is close up. But looking from the entrance. the electricity cable is so ugly and really spoil the entire place outlook. Look like some cheapo housing area. Damn this type of electricity cabling is for the 80's housing area. i thought nowadays all cable is lay underground. I m damn not happy with it.

Is anybody planning to stage a complain or protest. pls count me in...I am all for it. damn cheap developer...Damn KLK...

I dont agree with you that we are over complaining about the cable. The issue is not at all about radiation! Is about the money we invested in the house. We are suppose to get at least the latest style/standard of housing design. This type of cabling is already outdated. So we feel that we been cheated by KLK.

Taking your point of we used to it doesnt mean we give in to it now. secondly bandar utama is already an old development. Anyway i m not here to argue the matter but hope to gain support from our group so that we can get KLK to do something about it or even change the cabling to our back lane alley.

It will benifit you, me and also the rest of the community. Hope you can support as community. Cheers

I am not sure what we can achieve but i plan to group up and make an official complain. Just want to have a nicer and more up to standard housing design.Anyone up for it?

Thanks for your suggestions and advice. Will look into it..Just trying my luck on the matter.
As for the landscaping. I would prefer palms as they are easier to maintain and last longer. But some flower at the main entrance of BSC will make it much eye smoothing.

I am up for a meeting if there is one pls inform me.

I just went to KLK office to pay up the RM450. I was informed that friday and saturday appointment to collect key is full. Hopefully can get some feedback by then. I maybe getting my appointment time on monday.

By the way, Anybody know anything/experience on ADT alarm system? Thought of installing it for my house.

Hi Guys,

Collected my key today for Duranta Unit. Was quiet disappointed with the house overall outcome.

1) Found many crack line on walls all over the house.
2) Two ugly water tap controller right in front on the side of the main door into the house. dont know what the hell the designer were thinking or trying to achieve.
3) Master bedroom is too small for a 24x75 house design. And the toilet in the master bedroom wordless. can fight with one world genting toilet. or i guess one world is bigger.
4) TNB cabling outside of the house is so eyesore.
5) Deep Hole on pavement outside of the house.
6) Wood on the railing for the stairs case is so rough. you can even cut your hand if slide on it.

The design of the house overall is a let down. cos to many corner and angle which took up the space of the living room. even my friend 20x75 house look more spacious then my house.

Will continue my inspections next round cos the weather was to hot and disappointed to continue.

Look like need to get in an ID to re do up the house. Hope you guys will have a better outcome then my units.

For Everyone information.

I went to tm point in sg buloh today to check on unifi/streamyx status in BSC area. Sad to found out that even land line for phone is still not available in BSC.

Anyone hav advice on how to push TM to fast up the matter?

Even to get streamyx we should be happy...for unifi...i think should be a long wait..the best is now even land line also tak ada...

Nope i did not ask about the % needed. They only ask me to register and will call me when TM is availiable at BSC. They did said if many people apply/request then it will fast up the process. I when to the TM at bukit rahaman putra for my registration.

Dear gargomon6,

Many of us is not choosing unifi/TM. We request people register with TM so that we can fill up the quota required by TM and that TM will proceed in providing their phone line service and then move on to streamyx and follow by unifi (fibre optic). If we don't get even the land line phone service then dont even think of them laying fiber optic for us. Just register to get the quota to start the ball rolling at the end you can choose any provider once they lay the line.

So the questions here is not maxis/astro/unifi is cheaper because if your don't have the TM telephone line then any service of fibre optic is not available as all of them share the same line with TM.

Unless you want to use their wireless broadband. Pls do share with us if you are able to get maxis fibre internet without TM. I also dont mind having one

Hi.

Can you pls also include request for KLK to assist in pushing TM NET for internet services as while as telephone line. I understand from tm net that only after there is 60% occupancies then only they will move in. But when are we going to achieve that number when KLK is building more and more phase. So i guess KLK can put some sense into the them.
