Uhh..it's been a while since my last visit on Deepavali..the entrance road had been completely paved, even got the road label..

BTW prozacvalium, are u staying at 2A/5? What house number are yours?

I need some opinion(s) from otai(s) here, is it OK to mount retractable awning(s) at the porch & back yard (i.e. to extend the coverage of shaded area(s), esp. on sunny @ rainy season)? A 1st time buyer here..

Just received a letter from Pejabat Tanah & Galian this morning, and unbelievely asking to pay my bil hasil tanah 2014.. Is it means that we're already got our CF approved? (If yes.. )

Anyone may give me some assistance 'bout this?

Juz want to confirm, is it considered 'pembaikan kecil' if i add a floor-to-beam wooden partition between dining area & kitchen, or is it better to fix a brick wall there (this would need a standard plan right)? Any renovation experts here, pls gv me a help on this..

i'm also wondering when it would be..according to my last visit to KLK's office to sign up my Syabas & TNB forms, i've benn informed that the VP maybe in the end of Jan @ early Feb..sumore mine was by BPP loan, maybe a lil' bit later dur to crosscheck & tally all progress payment(s) done..

Nope, according to my last hop to KLK office to sign up my Syabas & TNB forms on the last mid-Nov, I've been informed that the VP maybe in end of this month @ early Feb, & those whom apply BPP loan maybe a lil' bit late for their VP (due to crosschecking & tallying the progress payment(s) done). After their last progress payment claim letter on mid-Dec, there's no update since then.

Hehehee..I've got to know my future neighbours..

Yeah, we had to start that, in order to bring n maintain harmony in our future neighbourhood..BTW, i've realised that the hole at the backyard that was supposed to be closed by a metal frame was closed with a piece of asbestos on my last visit on last Christmas eve. I wonder is it was purposedly done to prevent theft when it has been installed later on @ it was already been stolen? I can't properly recall that since my last visit before that..

Ehehehee..again, may anyone here share us the date of VPpls, especially Arecan..

Just received letter from KLK this evening, my unit was ready for VP

It stated in the letter that cash buyers are required to settle the remaining 5% balance to their stakeholder solicitor..
Did that term also applicable to loan purchaser(s), esp those applying BPP loan? Sorry, noob here..

Back then, still I need to wait for clearance of remaining payment done, then only I can settle my VP..

Maybe we may get some explanation from MDKS staff..if really involving the roof design, most likely we have to buy some sort of standard plan..or am I wrong?

As 4 me, maybe i just built a mini taman there, i really love 2 see a mini taman inside the house..

Anyone, especially Arecan here had done window tinting to your unit? I'm considering to have that, besides my grilles when I've got my VP & all the defect(s) being repaired later on..Hope you don't mind sharing

It's weight sensor(s) for the traffic light to operate, when it detects weight from vehicle(s) passing onto it, it'll activate the traffic lights' circuitry..

Uhh, I agree with u..I just had a short stop at BSC last Sat en route back to my parents' home, and I'm shocked for what had happened..plus smoky air..

Anyway I'm planning to take my keys this Fri..

Agree with u..even at JB got some bushes caught fire last Sunday and yesterday..

All BSCians, have u read latest news on Syabas website pertaining catuan air they will implement starting tomorrow? Hopefully our community's not severely affected, as Ijok n Kuala Selangor area doesn't in the list..

Alhamdulillah..that's good news..
Finally BSC got rained after several days of scorching heat & smoky air..

Congratulations for your VP..I've also got mine on early of this month, but due to short weekend, I myself barely able to do a thorough defect checking (only able to check the key sets, condition of WC, quantity of all electrical points & water taps), n also still hasn't submit defect list of my unit yet..

What u may do is to check n submit your defect report progressively..U may add on A4 paper for additional defect list..

BTW, for my fellows who had got their keys, I need your opinion..when Mr Wong gave you the loose items along with the key sets, did you fix the electricity supply cut-off fuse to its holder even after you leave your unit? It seems that I didn't move in immediately,he adviced me to take off n keep the fuse to prevent theft, but I'm afraid that I'll be claimed as 'disturbing the TNBD meter installations' if I did that. I've emailed to TNB Careline, but they still didn't responded yet..
