Hi people, if you drive along the Jln Sg Buloh on the way to BSC, at the Desa Coalfields traffic lights, if you look right towards the KLK estate land, someone is constructing a high-rise building.

Anyone knows what it is?

Although I'm not sure but its look like a water storage tower to me.

Drive to Senna area today. The construction is a big water tank. Should for future all BSC area.
Beside this KLK is building 1st time 2 unit show house not current Senna project but next new 22x75. Looklike KLK notice MKH is starting to competing with them so have to show buyer some actual house sample not just model built.

Yes it's a water tower! Good thing MKH is giving them some heat - they need to fight hard and offer innovation in BSC if they want to do well. When Setia Alam is an inspiration, I don't see why it's so hard for them to outdo them. KLK should realize that concept sells, not just build-sell-leave to govt. If something like Desa Park can sell for outrageous pricing, then we know that location is not the issue - it's the concept. Get proper gurkha guards, give the area some class and you can mark up your pricing 30%-50%.

Just went to the KLK booth and am tempted to buy the Senna corner lot. Just wanted to check, how far is the DASH from the entrance to BSC?

Also where is this water tower? If some kind soul could show it to me on the map?

Agree, class look like Desa Parkcity. Grand entrance. Nowadays no longer like old time. Middle class people look at image building. Nowadays lots of people started out renting in class looking condos with a neat look. After sometime with savings they look at buying landed property that offers a smart afluent concept.
This can be achieved by giving trees with neat forms and colourful shrubs as a contrast.
Developers those days plant young trees that take years to give a flush look to the area. Nowadays some developers opt for grown trees that look good right away.

Both good security and beautiful landscaping are important for a residential area because we all want to feel secure and comfortable every time we are at home.

Recently, i just heard that there are some snatching and break-ins around BSC area. Anyone else heard about it as well?

Malaysian generally takut mati type. If security is no good, beautiful also no use.
The selling point of Desa Park City is because it is the first fully gated and guarded landed development, with strata title.

Where is the snatching cases happen?

I visit quite often, sometimes late evening after work for some DIY stuff.
Generally don't feel afraid, because no people on motorbike loitering around.
So far so good.

Come and view it ownself can drive in directly to Senna area the road is open.

May i know where is the show unit?

This new show house is beside Senna project. But still on construction stage. To complete may need 4~6 months.
Future buyer can view the site area & actual house outlook.
I notice becoz got a sign board mention just 2 units show house.

The guy didn't tell me the exact location, but he did mention Duranta area. I really hope the security here will become better.
BSC should really have a good security guard system and fencing.

Hopefully by next year, more people will move in so we can have a proper guard house with sticker and access card system. Desa Park City is really a good example.
