If i am shooting under inconstant light condition in dark (concert or similar events) how to adjust the white balance? Is AWB good enough? thx

Auto white balance is your best bet, as the colours of the lights during the concert will change all the time.

If all else fails and you get purple/green faces, convert to B&W...

Or you can shoot in RAW and PP until the cows come home...

porkchop a lot of work

i) BG is sepia brown, very light curve. not affecting skin (mask out)
ii) skin is desaturate and level to flat tone.
iii) face and top hair, masked out, not sure which tone they uses. like magenta orange like that (on my monitor)

* picture is shot with reflector, because the flat contrast. sun lit are vs shadow area and shadow below/underneath the hand is flat too.

OT: is it me or the girl nose is a little, larger then usual?
