QUOTE(Zicron @ Sep 6 2011, 01:27 PM) 5D2 22MP maximum burst specs: 3.9 shots per second, RAW buffer 14 a77 comes with memory MS HX, could it fit?7D 18MP maximum burst specs: 8 shots per second, RAW buffer 15 A77 24MP maximum burst specs: 12 shots per second, RAW buffer 13 U can see that a77 and 5d2 buffer is almost the same, thou 5d2 is slower in fps. So i guess the main problem is with the memory card now. |

@_@ So fast new version thread.
Need some advise before getting these lenses: Sony 28-75mm F/2.8 @ RM2500 + HOYA PRO-1 @ RM 105 or Zeiss 24-70mm F/2.8 @ RM4600 SIGMA 70-300mm APO DG Macro + Regular Filter = RM900 Do advise whether to choose which lens better.. and any other better recommendation aside from these lenses? Feels abit like got cheated on the SIGMA 70-300mm haha... |

QUOTE(Intelicca @ Sep 6 2011, 11:48 PM) @_@ So fast new version thread. What camera body will you be using those lenses with? If it is APSC, the 28mm end wouldn't be wide enough, not that 24mm is that much wider, but its a much better investment than the 28-75 and the Zeiss is wayyyyy better in terms of everything, just so you know.Need some advise before getting these lenses: Sony 28-75mm F/2.8 @ RM2500 + HOYA PRO-1 @ RM 105 or Zeiss 24-70mm F/2.8 @ RM4600 SIGMA 70-300mm APO DG Macro + Regular Filter = RM900 Do advise whether to choose which lens better.. and any other better recommendation aside from these lenses? QUOTE(Intelicca @ Sep 6 2011, 11:48 PM) @_@ So fast new version thread. You should ask yourself whether you're in for the long haul with Sony and whether you're going to go full frame in future. If yes then the Zeiss will be a much better investment. The 28-75mm is strictly for those with a FF cam and tight budget.Need some advise before getting these lenses: Sony 28-75mm F/2.8 @ RM2500 + HOYA PRO-1 @ RM 105 or Zeiss 24-70mm F/2.8 @ RM4600 SIGMA 70-300mm APO DG Macro + Regular Filter = RM900 Do advise whether to choose which lens better.. and any other better recommendation aside from these lenses? Feels abit like got cheated on the SIGMA 70-300mm haha... ahpingko : That depends on the condition of the lens. As you already know the beercan is an old lens. Although it's built like a tank but wear and tear do occur over time so make sure the lens is in good condition. The beercan is also a slow focusing lens although the 75-300mm is not fast by any means but keep that in mind. Of course if you like the 'Minolta' look the beercan is famous for then it's a good buy. ieR : I like the shot but one thing bothers me. The grass flowers (the white bits on top) is much brighter than the subject and I feel that it is a little distracting in a sense. That's just me lar... nice shot overall. |
