Hi bro i suggest you to do some back up for:

SMS - using sms backup and restore
Bookmark backup
Pictures backup - just copy files into pc
Contact backup - mobiun

Since you're a careful guy like me, so better to be careful than be sorry.
As far as I know, TB only backup apps and apps data. Other stuff it can't help

I'm using SGSII for 3 weeks now and loving every minute of it!!!

Or you can use the Import/Export function if don't want to sync with gmail.

Just backup (contacts > menu > import/export > export to SD card) to a *.vcf file on your SD card. Then restore using the import from SD card whenever you update or flash new roms.

Been using this method since SGS1 days.

SMS and MMS can use SMS backup and restore from market (free).

I only use Titanium to restore data only. Appbrain to have a list of the apps installed.

TB can backup contacts and messages as well. But like you I also use other apps cos these other apps have never fail me before.

One more thing, do you have CWM? If yes you can do a nandroid backup as well in case you do not like the rom your going to flash. Easiest and safest way to revert back to previous rom.

yeah i have cwm. i just did a backup of it, i went into cwm, then select backup and restore then backup. thats a nandroid backup right?

I never try open the pdf file, but try don't open it if u facing problem..
