Need help! I am new here and so to the SGS 2.
I try to update the Firmware XXKH2 from current KF1 from Samsung Kies, Everything look fine until after back up when the Kies start to flash to my phone and it will prompt out the message "Low battery, Pls charge.." i did a second time after recharge with 100% but the same problem i face.

Is it normal?
I read a lot of forum that inform it is easy to upgrade the firmware with Kies but mine can't since LOW BATTERY word always prompt out even with 100% ful charge.

Pls help.

throw Kies to rubbish bin and use Odin

same for me,but it's gone after I clear data of maps under settings - applications,forced to do this everytime after using maps

hmm. after updating to kh3 2.3.4, seems like the phone kinda laggish

That's why it is recommended to clear user data and cache before and after flashing thru recovery.

This will wipe all data.

So sorry bro..I can't help you on this..I can't find too

I used to be on stock kg1 2.3.3 now i upgraded to kh3 2.3.4 stock

TBP can restore everything actually, the green is safe to be used in batch mode, some of the red one better restore it individually and select "data" only.

In TBP...

SMS - [SMS/MMS/APN] Dialer Storage
Contacts - [Contacts/Calls] Contacts Storage
Call Logs - LogsProvider - restore data only for this.
Bluetooth - Bluetooth Pairings
Wi-Fi - Wi-Fi Access Points

did you use latitude? just log out it and the map wont run in background anymore.

for those games, the screen brightness is the one thats really taking up all the batt power.
i've tried like 10mins of dragon fly, and batt goes down 10% at medium to high brightness.
lower the brightness and can do like 30mins and batt hardly goes down 10%.

gameloft games are a diff story, drains batt no matter what

These mods comes with some of the cook roms. You can also refer to XDA thread themes sections, there are certain modders for the different type of roms and even stock roms. Search for your solution there: Most of the mods are usually need to be flash as a zip through CWM
