That was 2010. Read the article properly that 100% exemption is effective on 2011

There is always 100% on both duty since 2011

Just done 1k and sent the car to SC today, although it's free but was shocked that they didn't change the engine oil. Mechanic claimed the first service it's just to do inspection and that's all. Was i conned?
