salary - rm3,300
fixed alwn - rm500
co : oil & gas co (bhd)


any bank can give me best rate?

Dono if this thread is the place to ask.
There is 1 lady call me today, which i dont know where she get my contact.
What she can offer is she can approach the bank on my behalf, and get the lowest interest rate as possible between 6% to 9%( quote from her).
She mention her company is like outsource by the bank, after they do the talking on behalf of me if success, i can turn my debt of credit card to monthly installment with the agreed interest rate, to the bank and not to the lady's company.

Whole process if success no fees incurred as well, which makes me suspicious.
Do let me know more if any1 know any of these service.

So is it true they under bank?
And major major thing is it LEGAL?
Cause she told me she will negotiate on behalf of me while I pay the bank itself.

bank islam can give u 2-3% if you company is a panel with bank Islam. otherwise u gonna get 6%.

bank rakyat only received an aplication from a panel company (that provide a salary deduction)

with bank Islam you can get 2-3% depending where are you working at

otherwise rate is 6%

it seems like only employee of listed company will able to loan from bank islam??

is it depend on bank? i thought every bank offers same since its asb, & bank just agent...btw, i just applied for 25years 50k prsonal loan & every month paying 298. im student btw...

Yes recently when i applied they told any company can apply. So i submit my application. After 2 days their personal financing agent call and let me know selected MNC company are eligible for private.. :-(

If case like this, you can only apply personal loan with 3 criteria below

1) Business registered more than 2 years
2) Attach with Borang B 2011 ( Income Tax)
3) Annual Income at least Rm24k

Anyhow, it's subject to approval from Bank.
(Not included your monthly commitment and payment record CRISIS & CTOS)

Else all u can do just find loan shark. Thats the only way if you don't have any income doc.

cimb bank. asb personal loan. tenure 25years. loan 50k. dividen is dependant, around 7-8+% annually
