Interest rate is high and is totally not worth it. Always save then only reno. Is not worth on losing those hard earn money

I have no other loans/commitment. Gross salary income of 3k, fresh grad , been working for 6 months. I want to get a personal loan of 37k, is that possible? I'm interested with Bank rakyat loan of 3.25% but unfortunately it's only applicable for those working for at least 3 years. Any other options?

Hmm never stated, I apply throught a friend's friend thingy the person who help me pass to the alliance banker then today let me know got rejected

Abt 5k+ income, commitment not much except house loan which i share with my brother. Guess need wait 3 months now sigh

My application has been rejected by Alliance also.

Reason is i dont have CCRIS record. CCRIS will only publish your record once you serve your loan for at least one year. My credit card also not even one year. He said cannot. Damn frustrating. He also said any bank for personal loan cannot do because dont have this CCRIS.

Right now i only have housing loan (serving interest only since house under construction), started paying them from December 2011. Credit card only use from February, and prompt payment with no outstanding balance.

now not giving up hope, im gonna try maybank. BTW 8.88% offer ends today.

Hi guys, just want to ask, is it possible for a private sector staff with 4k+ salary to apply personal loan of 35k for 5 years?

I ask around, and most of the banks only let government sector or company with Potongan Gaji Majikan get a loan, otherwise its a no no. Any sifu care to highlight me on this?

Not much commitment - doesn't really sound like an obstacle for you to get the loan approved. Bad records of repayment or supportive documents not strong enough ?

Got my loan approved by Al-Rajhi Bank last month. Thumbs up for their service and performance .. the drawback is the available outlets for me to conduct the transaction via cash deposit for repayment and no Interbank Funds Transfer function yet online ..

Well the reason i get is the loan amount is too high i guess and the department felt my income unable to support hehe.
Really thinking wat other solution i can look for hehe guess i will try al rajhi , btw the 3 months unable to apply if fail does it apply to all bank or only same bank?

I just went to one of the outlet - walk in and try my luck ..
I don't think the 3 months issue is a drawback for the p.loan application .. good luck.

Salary 5K working in an IT MNC. Married with no kids. Wife also working.

Debts;
MBB CC = 8000 / PB CCs = 9000 <--Minimum paid on time.
House loan = None. Finished early.
Car loan = 302/month <--Always paid late due to no time to go to bank. Trying online payment now to solve that.

Any suggestions?
