Bank Rakyat provides the best rate for now (3.25 - 5.20%).

Nett income x5 = amount u can get
2011, gross x5. Payslip just a reference document, u need to submit supporting document. Such as epf or bank statement showing salary credit to your account. Rhb easy jz submit Ic & epf only if not mistaken

Hi all, did a survey and basically most of the banks is offering p.loans for a max tenor of 5 years but is there a p.loan with a max tenor of 7 years repayment and no early settlement fee? interest is not an issue for the current me.

am actually looking to apply for about 40k. basically to settle of all credit card debts. im earning currently about 6k nett income. with 2k being basic salary and 4k being commision. how do the banks calculate the amount that i can take up?

and btw, i tried applying 3 months back and was rejected. banker told me due to fail credit score.. wats credit score and basically how do i improve the score? so far i missed my card payment 3 times for 1 month(means i missed this month and pay off 2 months min payment on the following month). can it still be approved if i try applying?

i applied pl from alliance before but rejected. actually how would u know the reason u got rejected? i asked my banker n she said because the promotion already ended. but if so, why would the bank even call me to verify details?
if they call for verification, is there a chance u will get approved?
what are the steps?

1) check ccris
2) verify with customer
3) approve/reject

is this so?

Your credit score fail because of bad payment record. Also your income cannot cover your repayment that is why bad score

I see.. I was not advised on this, I mean the banker should know if 6k cannot cover the repayment of 40k. What's the eligibility loan amount to get off 6k nett salary then?

And btw I onli miss payment twice due to nvr receive statement.. Like this also consider bad payment record edi? Omg.. Can I still try and apply then?
