Personal Loan - V2, which banks offer the best deal?

hi all,
I would like to apply a personal loan around 10K since I need the money urgently (within 2 weeks). After 2-3 months I will make a full settlement on it. May I know which bank will be the best choice on this situation, considering the interest rate and how fast I can get the cash.  thx for the advise |
