Hi,
I have some problem to apply PL right now. Previously i try with Bank Islam but until now still no answer from bank which is i assume my application has been rejected due to i am a contract employee and not yet 2 years working under the same contract. Actually, i already work more than 2 year and last year jump to another subsidiaries under the same company and i started with 1 year new contract. I've also try at Bank Rakyat(rejected because still under contract), BSN(rejected also because contract)... I need about 50k to pay my debt since i've buy a land at my hometown. Even though I want to avoid PL that have high interest like RHB and Hong Leong, but it still not enough when i try to apply PL with them. Example RHB, but they said for my salary, it only eligible 5 time of my salary(my salary currently 1800) that mean only around 10k they said they can approve to me. Is there anyone know what is the best bank for me to apply PL for a contract employee that will become a permanent in next 4 month?? |

where u live? bumi or non-bumi? iinm, ppls who wish to venture into biz could get loan from state government/mara/etc. there are so many of them. but u need to prepare your biz proposal, and some of the provider even put a term for applicants to have certain percent of the amount they asking on hand. it's not easy money, but it worth it it...much better than taking personal loan

I saw a pamphlet given to our school today (I'm a teacher). Seems like BSN is offering personal loans for government servants at 3.88% interest. Good deal or not?

Actually, i saw this promo from SCB on their Personal Loan - CashOne. Personally i am a loan person, that's why i also did some research. This Personal Loan actually come with a platinum credit card, cool isn't it and best part, no need to apply in branches. can straight apply thru online, just need to scan and upload payslip and IC docs. no harm in trying isnt it.. and they actually offer 1% interest rate pa lower if apply through online!
the info about the loan http://www.standardchartered.com.my/person...ns/cash-one/en/ the form https://forms.online.standardchartered.com/..._loan_form.html Easy easy dont need to go branch and wait. This post has been edited by NakA: Jan 13 2013, 11:58 AM |

Hello to all sifu...
Last monday I applied for PL at CIMB; try to take the islamic PL for only 5k amount. My salary right now is 3k. My reason to just apply 5k is that so I can have "payment record", coz I dun have any credit history (up to this point, I got scholarship for my degree, using family car as well). I am planning for next 2-3 years later wanna take housing loan for about 150k. Just now got sms from CIMB-Islamic said that my application got rejected. Somebody please enlighten me why I got rejected? Tq This post has been edited by dark_report: Jan 23 2013, 09:18 AM |

Hi guys, I am new here as a member but have always been reading the posts which are quite informative which lead me to post a topic here since i realised i would be able to get good guidance,
i am working as medical officer, already got my penesahan dalam jawatan 1 year ago, basically this august will be 4 years in service. my net pay per month around 4.7 k. after epf and income tax deduction. my income from locum which i do permanently would be around 2 k plus( i have the payment vouchers and letter saying i am doing ermanent locum) my car loan is under cimb (1.5 k /month , 9 years loan ) been paying on time since last may , when bought the car. i have about 50 k in AS1M and 5 K in ASW2020. dont own a property , plan cancelled since now i need to help sponsor my siblings to study medicine. Now my question is where is the best place to get personal loan? if i do get a personal loan, how much u think can be approved? you think it is possible to get 100 to 150 k for 10 years tenure? and say i do get my loan approved for 100 k , u think i will still be able to apply for housing loan? my EPF 2 nd account not touched at all. was offered credit card but i rejected and applied myself, just got maybankard 2 amex and visa 1 month ago.no outstanding amount . any feedback would be much appreciated . Thanks |
