sorry, not citibank, is uob. Maybe the offer only for selected customer. You can call up smile.gif
3.99% for 1 year
5.99% for 2 or 3 years.

Usually the higher of your salary, the lower interest rate bank will offer..some bank have some hidden costs when the interest rate is low

From their site lowest is 9.99%... I guess it must be for selected customers but no harm giving it a shot. Thanks!

Hi all sifus... im just wondering, just got a call from BI, said that my loan rejected due to im been hit for "scoring", then i ask them, what is that. They unable to tell me the reason behind it, only able to say that rejected.

Anyone mind to enlighten me that what this "scoring" is?

Common factor for reject under scoring code, late payment or total credit limit oustanding more than 70%. This 2 are the most common factor smile.gif

You can try HLB, 0.5%/month for 6 month period. 0.75%/month for 9 months.
But the interest will based on your outstanding balance.

Guys, I'm currently looking for a loan of 20k. Expected payment method around 5-6 years. So far I only found the interest rate is at 9.99%. Is that all there is? Oh yes, working in a gov related company. But don't want to use Biro Angkasa for payment.

Hi All,

I'm stuck here from looking and searching for all type of loan offered. Anyway, I tried Al-Rajhi, but sadly being informed that for Contract workers need 2 years.

I worked at IBM but contract by Manpower (1 year plus+ already)

I'm looking for personal loan around 15-20k,
Commitment only 2nd hand car 380 monthly (7 years)

Need help. appreciate any assistance.

i need a personal loan at aroun 3k-5k..

i just try to apply from Easy-RHB.. at first the guy say i can get the loan, at least 4k after he see my EPF statement.. but suddenly after i came back next day to give the document he wanted, he straight away say i cannot loan any money because my EPF record not so good.. blink.gif blink.gif

it ok.. then i try to go at Aeon credit, same happen to me.. the girl say according to my record , i can have the loan at maximum of 5k. then yet again my loan only approved 1.5k. then i just straight away reject it as i need more.. cry.gif

third i try apply from CIMB - Xpress Cash-i.. again.. the officer see my record, then he say can loan, maximum only 5k as i dun want any guarantor. after all docuument submitted, my loan was rejected again.. cry.gif

if there any other way i can get personal loan? i just need 4k for personal reason.. if anyone can help, just PM me.. icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

i provided a bit about my detail as reference if got anyone can help. (i want legal, dun care either bank or credit service)

Basic Pay - 1300 (not included allowance and OT)
work more then 1 year already, but only past 4month as permanent staff (before was not permanent)- i can provide payslip since my first month work until now together with EPF statement..

i think third party personal loan is very high interest la bro .. But since you dont have a permanent job / income for the last 6 months its no wonder you cannot get any loan . I dont get what you mean by pay back less than rm200 but if you mean u borrow rm5000 but pay back rm5200 then i dont think any other third party loan company will offer such low interest its like 4% .. Another way is to sell off your valuable belonging , that away at least its not liability anymore
