Hi,

I'm trying to get loan around 25K-30K. I'm going to expand my business. I've been rejected by Alliance bank. Anyone able to introduce highest approval bank or any agents able to help me?

Annual income reported: 39000

Hi, I'm looking for PL, anyone can help me? I'm not looking for fast cash like EasyRHB. My basic salary RM2.5k and my gross income always hit around RM3.0k per month after added OT, Allowances and so on.

Let say, I want to have maximum personal loan applicable for my current salary (example only), and I'm working for private company.

Gross salary: RM1200
Incentives: a few...normally few hundreds (lets keep this fella out of calculation aight guys?)

Preference of payment: fast settle, least duration possible

Amount to loan: maximum applicable for mentioned salary, minimum of RM5K the least

Details: this is my 1st loan, working for 1 year already.

So the questions:

1) based on your exp, which banking institution offer best loan and payment? I check CIMB, 2% of total loan. if RM5K, it is RM100/month for interest only

2) if I loan, can I apply for Skim Amanah Rakyat 1Malaysia (SARA 1Malaysia) later on? or should I apply SARA 1Malaysia 1st, then only apply loan?

3) how to calculate everything? just a formula or example will do. I'll try to figure anything else myself..really clueless where should I start

4) can I take out the SARA 1Malaysia from ASB during the 5 years duration?

5) any other option other than bank loan? no along please

6) that's all for now I guess...back to reading more on loans smile.gif

Yes. It's true as Ken_HP said but it is not advisable to proceed, that is if you have the intention to buy it.

Want to clarify. If I have islamic financing of RM420K, the loan amount shown is actually about RM880K based on islamic principles. In my credit standing report, they will take RM420K or RM880K as loan commitment?

I believe outstanding credit card is counted in the credit report, how about those balance transfer program and monthly instalment scheme for retail transactions?
