QUOTE(ellimist @ Mar 12 2013, 11:09 AM) Hi all experts. Looking to apply for a loan, probably between 50k-85k to set up a simple food outlet. Currently working full time, zero loan commitment (no HP, no HL). Question being: 1. Which bank offers good rates? 2. Do all banks have a cap? Say like 5x gross salary (coz I don't earn 10k a month lol). I'm Chinese btw, if that's important. Thanks in advance 5x gross salary loan only apply to personal loan . Since its business , i believe its different calculation

QUOTE(stretch @ May 31 2013, 07:05 PM) mind sharing how'd you apply the loan? that's a good rate.. can you give me your bankers no? i heard citibank also offer rate like this , around 2.66%/pa .... i think they will call you guys to offer you all attractive rates , but if you were to walk in/etc may not get the rate like this . something privileged customer only perhaps
