I threw that black crap piece of plastic and bought a TP-Link W8960 instead.No more stupid problems and everything are working fine like how they should. |

This is my second day without unifi, and called TM 3 times already but everytime they say we will send a technician...BUT WHEN? I dont want to pay 149 for 3weeks service a month. Any idea howlong does it take to send a technician? I am running out of patience here. And oh everytime you call there is a 6mins hold which is must for all callers i think and here is the beauty. I have to call them using my mobile everytime since my landline is also not working

Hi all, my Unifi is already down for 3 days, the DSL is not responding at all, i try to use other modem also no DSL. I'm at Kompleks Suria Kinrara - Puchong Kinrara, any 1 facing the same problem here?

VIP5 user here,just want to ask...
the dl speed for VIP5 is normally around 500kbps,right? but,when i using direct dl,the dl speed is around 200kbps...sumtimes less than 100kbps... is it sumthing to do with the router?nw im using black TM router... |

download speed using my tab
