today my unifi p2p and xunlei offline dl all down

im on vip5, torrent+xunlei oflfline DL only manage to get full speed everyday from 12am- 2pm, after 2pm the speed will drop till 80-150kb/s
means currently TM throttle my speed from 2pm-12am everyday location : setia alam, shah alam This post has been edited by jscyl1980: Oct 8 2011, 04:32 PM |
