Same problem here, Voip light is red and internet globe sign on the router is orange. Please post here if you find or recommend any solution. Thanks

This is my second day without unifi, and called TM 3 times already but everytime they say we will send a technician...BUT WHEN? I dont want to pay 149 for 3weeks service a month. Any idea howlong does it take to send a technician? I am running out of patience here. And oh everytime you call there is a 6mins hold which is must for all callers i think and here is the beauty. Enjoy you all, this is my 3rd day without unifi. Called them 6times already asking to send a technician. Complained to SKMM already and they have forwarded to TM but still no technician. Damn i live in Pandan indah not Saturn, whats taking them so long. What should i do next? Call police? Hire a lawyer?

I just received the bill from TM for Unifi, which is 104 from 13 august to 3rd September. But why will i pay 104 because my unifi worked only from 13th August to 22nd August. Now its been 2weeks without unifi, complained to SKMM twice already, and its still not fixed. Why i pay them 104RM for only 10days? WTF is this?
