this is the telephone room on my floor...and 1st floor of this room get burned..and all line already get cut by the Flat management...and now homeline is unable to use..but i heard that other people said that VDSL are not in this room, so i can install Unifi...and when i use laptop, i can search some Unifi user on this building...but i not sure they can online or not...

Worst come to worst you can pull yr own RJ11 cable. It wont cost much. I had same case before, pulled new cable from server room to the unit on 12th floor unit the cable tray tie the RJ11 with cable tie. Send the cable from top floor to down easier.

I register the form last week, filled in the form.
after few days tm called me, I ask about credit transfer to unify acc but they failed to answer me, so I canceled the unify service.
today the person who ask me filled the form, called and asked the reason I canceled the unify, she said that will "denda" me.
So I told her my problem about credit transfer, then she said she will ask her manager first.

Is it true? Is it if I filled the form then I canceled I hv to denda $?

That is bull shit. They are forcing u. No any penalty unless back out on the installation date.

For you know they are fake replies from reseller agents trying to promote sales..tongue.gif

Anyone can post in forums.

Fake replies meant to promote and make the demand situation looks like it's moving off shelves. If you are a real customer yourself you know the real situation.
*
Well i dont think u are making sense here. Our friend is complaining on his unifi connectivity problem and u are suddenly talking about agents, fake replies, forum etc etc. Are you ok ? Its like a person is asking, "how are you ?" And you reply "yes I have eaten."

Please read, investigate and reply with a little bit of respect for yourself if not for others, dont fool yourself.

Correction. Its not the ethernet cabling. There are other factors involved. I'm using cat5 I can get 4ms ping. Always remember the network cable is not the main factor.

how come unifi call me mentioned that must have tv then they can install is that true?
*
QUOTE(ljf123 @ Sep 6 2011, 01:11 PM)
not true at all
*
Actually recently the installers were given a strict order to complete installation. They MUST activate the IPTV for customer then only they will get paid for the job they have done also it marks as the installation is now complete.
