guys, initially i had constant dc from juzdota, sometimes 5 minutes after game started or even dc after 1min.

i changed the crappy router to tplink 841nd, no dc, but v spiky and laggy..but i have no problem with surfing.

anyone has encountered such problem or anyone can help ?

I just setup LinuxMint 11 LXDE on 1 of my old laptop with qBittorrent , play around with it and I got this:


The torrent is from HK site and this is the first time I get almost full torrent download speed from US .....
but my VPN and xbox360 is still suffering from the submarine cable issue ... really don't know what's going on ....

can tell me how to setting in order to get full speed like urs

last night unifi was back to disaster. voip turned to red again and again. download speed <3.8mbps and upload speed <2.30mbps (tested to malaysia server and i knew it would be worse if i tested using servers from outside). had few dcs during night. good job TM

Hi guys, I installed unifi 2 months ago, everything was working perfectly fine, until recently, both my laptops could not detect my router. My iPhones and iPads still can connect to the router, but my laptops can't. Anyone knows why is this happening? I'm using the default router given by TM

via wireless? If wireless,try change the wireless channel..

Why my bf de unifi, every one or 2 months, there will be few days "server down?", cos everytime call to the centre, their answer is server down server down. down means cannot use internet at all. while other ppl no prob with that? dahlah lambat jawab telpon~

Agree. International link getting worse ystd night. Oversea speedtest 0.06 Mb/s to U.S (VIP10). Called up UNIFI, waited for 25 minutes before someone pick up my phone (waste of money and hand phone battery). Conclusion, international link cable still down and they cannot confirm the recovery date. I am surprised with their comment when the official TM site already mentioned about fixing it from 23rd Oct to 29th Oct. This means online gaming this month all tak boleh, except TM boleh.

Mine also always like that...twice after electricity black out.
I had to create multiple wireless SSID only then laptop can detect..

Weird thing is if security is none then can....WEP or WPA/WPA2 cannot..

Is it unifi cant use other moden beside those 2 given by the TM??

as i said, don't waste your money and time.

login to unifi OCC and make a report from there, they will call you soon after.
at least it works for me for 2 occasions.

they will keep calling you until the report ticket is closed.

Can i use Linksys E4200 for Unifi ??
