TM installed unifi yesterday.
i would like to ask the LAN cable connected to STB hypp tv is normal LAN cable or special one? if normal LAN cable i will buy longer cable. i need to relocate my modem/router etc to different socket because i'm afraid current setup will overload the power supply because there are already TV, speaker, DVD player, astro receiver connected to the same socket Added on October 3, 2011, 11:12 amand also for hypp tv whenever i watch timeshift or catch up TV, sometimes it stucked every now and then. i don't notice it for normal broadcast. i applied online, no hassle.
at least you know you are successfully applied the service. TM even called me a day after installation appointment date to make sure installation is already completed and the service is running fine. |

in kajang, local speed is normal but international connection seems slow especially to europe.

The iptv is down again in kajang. However Internet seems ok albeit slow connection to international sites.
Regarding unifi cs, for me they are pretty efficient. I filed a report via occ tonight regarding my iptv issues and they called me around 30 mins later to inquire more and they submit another report ticket afterwards to relevant support. No hassle, no need to call and waste your money. This is my second report via unifi occ. The same level of service. Not just rare cases.
