ARREIT announced dividend...but I hated when the result is same as expectation. However, the share price is going up recently....how???

Sifuuuuuuus.....can we hold for long term? The silverbird factory really gonna push up the income distribution?

Result is always same as expectation lah.
There is no surprise on upside on income, as it just like you rent out a property with fixed rental rate already for x number of years, how to have surprise or outside of expectation?

Rental for factory is fixed already, until new lease term and new lease rate being agreed.

Yeah Qcapital properties in KL area got its code..feel a bit cool. Regret selling off, now the entry price is not attractive anymore.

News today just announce they increasing their assets portfolio with more PKNS buildings.

Would explain the sudden hype increase in the past week.

I heard from a friend that they are concluding the sale of Wisma UEP building by end 2011? Anyone knows?

what's the prospect of STAREIT which has changed from retail & office REIT to hospitality REIT? recent results seems to show lower revenue & profit...

am looking to diversify my REIT holdings.

The result is low because there is no contribution of the new properties yet in the last quarter as paperwork for the acquisition is not yet completed and expected to be completed start 4Q.
So earning for the new hospitality properties only expected to contribute from start from 4Q.

After the completion of properties, Stareit DPU is expected to be around in the region 6.8~6.9 cents pa.
