You mean NTAB or par value? If NTAB it is RM1.27 which means it is already discounted at more than 20%. Where to find a property which is selling at 20% discount these days?

you look for nav, not par value.

par value is meaningless to investors.

If look at dividend, look for how many cents they declare, or how many cents they make aka EPS.

Par value is irrelevant.

Reit declared dividend (actual word is distribution), in cents.

stable yield i think indirectly link to the contract they signed with the tenants, right? then if stable yields i got 3's Alaqar, Stareit, Arreit ..... all three's more than 10 years leases .....

REMARK: i have all the above shares

Why SUNREIT volume is always the highest almost everyday?

unit = share.
so it's simple: 2400 / 0.88 = 2727 unit.
you will need another RM10-40 as fees depending how much your broker charges you.

Added on November 15, 2011, 12:23 amI checked and found out that both CMMT and Sunreit trades below IPO price for their first few days.
And both CMMT and Sunreit IPO price gave around 7.5% yield.
So now this Pav reit yield is the lowest at 6.7%. Not pretty.
