Hi all sifus and experts, a very noob questions here...how to buy REIT? is it same like buying shares? how is the volatility? Thx ya...

Same as buying shares, and normally not volatile. For those who wish yearly steady dividends. Better than FD, IMHO.

Wow..what happened to CMMT, high of 1.51 today, that's up 54% from retail IPO price!
