According to Symphony Share Registrar, the Rights Unit of AMFIRST will be shown as mothershare in the 2nd week of August.
You actually need to put additional notes together with RSF if you bought extra Rights units from the market.

Oh yea! === 怡保花园产托获批 •财经新闻 •财经 2012-07-20 11:11 (吉隆坡19日讯)怡保花园(IGB,1597,主板产业股)献议成立和上市怡保花园产托(IGB REIT)的设立,已于7月18日获得证监会(SC)批准。 根据文告,证监会批准怡保花园设立35亿5000万单位的怡保花园产托,并把全数35亿5000万单位的资本上市大马交易所主板交易。 此外,怡保花园产托管理私人有限公司和AmTrustee有限公司、分别受委为怡保花园产托管理公司和委托人的建议也获得批准。 怡保花园寻求豁免部分在房产投资信托准则、集体投资计划(CIS)招股书准则和资产评估准则内部分条文。 根据怡保花园的建议,怡保花园将把旗下谷中城美佳广场(Mid Valley Megamall)及The Gardens Mall等资产注入怡保花园产托 Kasset jumped 26c to 8.26.

Too bad it didn't drop back much so far. Only able to accumulate 50% shares from the amount I plan to buy. Got those at 7.80-7.90. Waiting below 7.80 all tak dapat. At current 8.26, the IGBReit is at around 1.10/share, that could be 10% premium to the IPO price if IPO price at 1.00.

Company offer REIT share , worthy to buy ? I not understand how's the REIT function and what is different between REIT and normal share ? I also heard REIT is like pay out tru higher dividen ? Pls advised thanks
