If REIT counter is priced at RM0.80, what is the minimum RM I need to invest in that counter to earn Dividend ?

As a newbie to REIT, would buying the same number lot of each REIT listed on KLSE recommended ? Or should I focus on selected property types ?

Would AXREIT @ 2.68 be good buy for stable yield ?
Year 2010's yield was 16 sen
Year 2011's yield was 15.8 sen

Newbie question on Dividend Calculation

I have 2000 shares of STAREIT... does that mean I will get
Part 1 : 20 x 0.9233 - 10% = RM16.62
Part 2 : 20 x 3.0879 = RM61.76
Total Dividend received = RM78.38
