May I know which are the top 3 performing REITs?

Please look forwards instead looking backward.
Previous record is only good to be referred, if the property lease still the same, or all condition remain the same.
Some reit may undergo restructuring like Stareit, whereby the portfolio of property has changed, so previous record is not a good indicator to show how future yield will be.

Not sure now. Before that try to sapu at 1.150. But after right issue comeout and some bro here said will drop further if right issue start trading.

So I guess 1.150 is not good buy anymore. Now strong buying at 1.130. Will wait till right issue trading and see how.

Last week already get few at 1.030. Today go in for 1.020. Want to see it down. 

Went up to 1.05 alr,so Pisces do you manage to purchase at 1.04?

Why don't queue for AMFIRST-TR instead ?

Probably go over to TR. Now q for 1.000. 

Amfirst-TR price = mothershare price - 0.83
Throw at 1.02, get the money,

then buy Amfirst-TR at 0.17 + 0.83 = 1.00, still can gain 0.02 for every share.

So if I were a fund manager that holding millions of stock, why not, can gain 0.02 for every share, if done 1 million share, after deduct brokerage, still can gain roughly 10k.

That's why you see huge Q at AMfirst-TR at lower price while high sell Q in Amfirst mothershare.

Que at 1.02 & 1.0 since morning via MBB till now hasn't match yet... Tried yday at 1.03 but expired; Pisces what time do you start to que? TQ
