No problem man. Still good to have 6 months, can BT small amount biggrin.gif

But their instalment charge into credit card monthly. So I think we cannot pay minimum amount monthly and then settle everything at the end of BT tenure.
*
Correct me if i'm wrong but I think you can do that rite. The statement still calculates you the minimum amount which less than the required payment if i'm not mistaken (of course based on overall spending la) hmm.gif

Yes statement will have minimum amount (include other spending). But if just pay minimum amount, the remaining will have normal CC interest charge on next statement. Unlike some bank BT with separate BT account, can pay minimum amount without any interest charge then end of the tenure settle all.

does ocbc have 0% bt program?
*
OCBC 0% BT promotion is over. What I meant is I can BT out from OCBC to another card. OCBC doesn't create a separate BT account when I BTed in.

Just for information.

1. Maybank does NOT accept BT application from another BT account. Strictly CARD ACCOUNTS only.

2. "How do you know it's a card or BT?"
By looking at the account number the bank will know it is a BT or card.

3. Must I transfer 100% statement balance?
No, you can transfer any lesser amount (min RM1,000).

4. Is there early settlement penalty?
No, cardholders may make early settlement anytime without a fee.

How confirm is Point #1 ?

hello guys, few months ago (less than 3 months), i BT my 2 cimb BT accounts (different number from my cc) to Maybank. And maybank accepted it.

i don't know if this is the new policy for maybank not to accept BT account from other banks?

hmm..it was CS who said so. You may not trust 100% as usual tongue.gif
furthermore there are two witnesses here to refute the CS' statement.

BT form submitted by 15th June, & payment paid by 22th June.
Take around 5 working days.
Seems like MBB are improving their BT department, haha.

Hi. Any 0% BT without admin charges flying around now? Last time Alliance and most banks got 0% for 3 months but hardly can see any in the market now? Would like to extend my credit.
