GG. this is the most problematic one. many ppl suggested do not flash this rom as it is extremely buggy

I think you better try to download the xxkg5 rom and flash... then only try again with the china rom you download earlier...
if i recall correctly, someone mentioned that china is using different type of modem then us.... so might be not compatible with the phone....

this ROM might not be compatible with most of the SGS2 especially europe or other international version. better download other rom such as the XXKG6

you can download the xxkg5 or xxkg6 rom from samfirmware... i got mine from there...

download the xxkg6 rom
and download the hong kong individual csc and flash it under csc.
dont download the xxkg5 rom, its not meant for us

try restart com, plug out all ur other things connected to netbook, flash if not try use another usb port to flash, shit always happens, i once tried flashing litening rom for 1 hour coz keep fail, but yesterday i reflash litening rom and once oni done ad

i believe by default, sgs2 can view chinese characters without any issue... as for chinese input.. just get the google pinyin from market...
