But i can't seems to find where to change the multiplier in BIOS. There doesn't seems to have any option for me to change. My mobo is ABIT NF7-S2.

Errr....they said it's chipset limited. The one that is good is NF7-S Version 2, not
NF7-S2. sad.gif

Yea i found it strange too since ABIT mobo is an overclocking board but it doesn't have that multiplier options sad.gif

So guys, do u think it's worth investing in a new mobo just to get that multiplier option? Does it makes a large difference in OC by changing the multiplier? I'm thinking of either getting DFI nForce2 Ultra Infinity or ABIT AN7 mobo. But of course it's a matter of worth investing?

At the moment i can do (200x12.5) at 1.75vcore. I think can go further but i dare not push further now coz i'm using caplang PSU.

if u are using mobile ...i would say yes..u can lower ur multi to get higher fsb...greater performance...get the NF7/S(Sata) (V2.0) or DFI nForce2 Infinity ...Dfi have higher Vdimm options(3.3v)...NF7 bunch of bios selection n can vdimm mod to 3.3volts too * cheaper too...both great performance.

I'm sure to invest in a TruePower PSU already. Now i'm just wondering about the mobo only. Should or shouldn't i go for it for the sake of the multiplier option?

So just only adjusting the FSB is allready overclocking ?
Is there any noticeable difference in speed ?

yup.. of course if ur oc there is difference in performances.. depend how much u oc ur rig.. more oc mean gain more performances.. but many factor u must consider before u start oc..
