Guys, thanks. I can't take up the offer due to other commitments.
suggest someone else to quickly call for a meeting & we can all attend.
meanwhile, there're a lot of people wanting to buy the zest but loan not approved. hence, agents are also pushing down the price so that deals can be done.
trust me, the zest is in hot demand. we don't run down on other condos. but people from other condos are coming to our forum to run the zest down.
zest purchasers, stay united.

If we can't stop them, maybe at least control them. i have to agree that i can also see that some certain people just mad jealous that we are being an optimist on our zest. |

the shoplot infront condo is quite nice & clean . i saw few tenant there also with some quite quality renovation . it's good sign .
but developer also have to prevent those gambling internet cafe to be in . or else the image there sure will effect .
ofcourse pak hitam also have to prevent as well .
if developer is smart enough , bring in some tenant like old town / paparich , secret recipe , and other F&B in .

Untill now I still got call from agents to request my unit to be listed with them, which I already sold 2 months back. Everyday, sms and calls. I beh tahan and pretend I am innocent to know anything. asking them what is the selling price now for a Type A unit. "420K" la. What the heck to push my selling price by another 10%. |
