i have to agree with mrPOTATO.. rather than worry about the future, why not settle the current problem. if we can get all the negative comments in this forum settled, i think then everybody can start planning their RM500psft plan..
i think for now market price will stay as it is unless we can get the pak hitam quite down a bit..

Agreed with you. I have checked with Security Guard whether have they seen any ?? staying in Zest. Answer is "NO" so far. flex.gif

Guys, thanks. I can't take up the offer due to other commitments.

suggest someone else to quickly call for a meeting & we can all attend.

meanwhile, there're a lot of people wanting to buy the zest but loan not approved. hence, agents are also pushing down the price so that deals can be done.

trust me, the zest is in hot demand. we don't run down on other condos. but people from other condos are coming to our forum to run the zest down.

zest purchasers, stay united.

i agree that zest is hot stuff and price can go more than current value. but need to do something about those pak hitam. If we can't stop them, maybe at least control them.
i have to agree that i can also see that some certain people just mad jealous that we are being an optimist on our zest.

the shoplot infront condo is quite nice & clean . i saw few tenant there also with some quite quality renovation . it's good sign .

but developer also have to prevent those gambling internet cafe to be in . or else the image there sure will effect .
ofcourse pak hitam also have to prevent as well .

if developer is smart enough , bring in some tenant like old town / paparich , secret recipe , and other F&B in .

secondly, which condo has NO blacks? What about Malays? Indians, etc sharing the pool with you? It is a pool for 700+ apartments, no way you can have all yellow skins only.

Coming back to sublet. If the malay girl is "married" to the blacks and she invite all his friends to stay, you won't allow? What if she says she is NOT subletting?

I dont even know if you can choose specific race to rent out, or if it is even legal.

Check the Tenancy Agreement and you can argue that a landlord is acknowledge to rent out to the "woman" who signed the Tenancy, and not to 3rd party, moreover a Pak Hitam.

Untill now I still got call from agents to request my unit to be listed with them, which I already sold 2 months back.
Everyday, sms and calls.
I beh tahan and pretend I am innocent to know anything. asking them what is the selling price now for a Type A unit.
"420K" la. What the heck to push my selling price by another 10%.
