Nowadays there must be some pak hitam inside a condo ,
even luxury condo they can afford to rent it too .
not sure what business they do , usually they can also afford to get a middle range car like vios , proton perdana .

You can't really avoid them by letting them to rent your place ...

biasa larrrr , Malaysia government let them come in Malaysia to do business , and no strictly guard their behavior .
I bet their business is mostly about drug, prostitute & more and more illegal stuff .

My house last month kena burglar , and neighbour children saw there's 2 black negro in my house .
loss about RM10k , even my ferrero rocher choc ( new one ) also stolen . My RM200 jacket, my PC whole set also stolen ....

the shoplot infront condo is quite nice & clean . i saw few tenant there also with some quite quality renovation . it's good sign .

but developer also have to prevent those gambling internet cafe to be in . or else the image there sure will effect .
ofcourse pak hitam also have to prevent as well .

if developer is smart enough , bring in some tenant like old town / paparich , secret recipe , and other F&B in .

but seriously , pak hitam lagi affordable to pay rental RM2000-RM3000 than our Malaysian

i don't think management can do anythings .
They won't inform 1 by 1 to every owner by not to rent out their unit to pak hitam .

it's depend on owner .
hmm..
Maybe can ask management to out a letter regarding pak hitam flooding issue to every owner .
but it works or not , still have to depend on owner themself

but i think they can write a 'advice' letter to every unit .

The earlier paparich come in , the earlier tenant of the shoplot can rent out.

But now ,
There's empty shoplot just infront of The Zest . only 2 shop if i didnt see wrong .

When i passby at night , im always wonder is it this place is too bad cause no tenant willing to take the rent here .
There's around half year already since the Zest finished build .

1 things , i passby few times , don't really know how to drive inside the shoplot parking .
