Its nice to see the digit 500+ but so far i havent been able to market a type C unit of mine for 460k...even..u sugesst..wait and see...?

Need wait how long? 445k to 500k woh... U think buy vege? So easy?
Why not Covillea u intro him purchaser, he give u the balance of commission?
Let said purchase price = 480k u can find for him. U get 35k commission? He only wan 445k. Nice deal?
I mean just example since u pushing so hard. U earn the handwork money. smile.gif
If I got an units, sure let u help me to push.

There is a possibility that LRT will be abandoned after GE!
Rumors fr the LRT suppliers, this fxxx gomen has no money to pay them, I was told that they are freezing their material supply to Prasarana at the moment.

Under the Building & Common Property (Maintenance & Management) Act 2007 - Act 663. Developer must call for the first AGM for the formation of JMB within 12 months from the date of Vacant Possession. Basically, 3 months has passed, we have 9 more months to go. Without further delay, maybe we can form a Pro-tem committee, to deal with the management or developer for the issues arising now. What say you, Covillea?

Guys, for those who cannot wait for the price to hit the new ceiling high of RM500K. You may sell at your desire price. drool.gif

just look around you. how many brand new condos are being launched below rm550 psf now in puchong/bukit jalil?

although there may be oversupply in 3 year's time, their condos bought now at rm550 psf may need to sell at rm750 psf to breakeven!

hence, the zest at rm460 psf can wait. just hold.

too many interested parties trying to push it down so that they can buy for rental play.

zest purchasers, please hang in there.
