Actually you could add RM3000 in the begining of construction to solve your ac piping issue. Its really a headache for a contractor to hack the walls all the way to the ac ledge from living hall. No problem for the masterroom though since it could run above ceiling of M.bath.
I forceen quite a number of ppl will install the compressor at the balcony...

Though I sold my unit before this 'news' surface, I regard this should not be an issue afterall. I had been staying near to a surau in 20+ years. No problem or any inconvenience, at least to me. Isn't it better rather than an unkeep open space? EMYGHT is right, traffic control might be a problem, but that is just on every friday, I suppose. Peace and 1Malaysia, respect
