secondly, which condo has NO blacks? What about Malays? Indians, etc sharing the pool with you? It is a pool for 700+ apartments, no way you can have all yellow skins only.

Coming back to sublet. If the malay girl is "married" to the blacks and she invite all his friends to stay, you won't allow? What if she says she is NOT subletting?

I dont even know if you can choose specific race to rent out, or if it is even legal.

I stayed overseas in a high class condo, yet you see blacks there. Like Chinese, they re everywhere. The cream of the blacks stay there, but I can't say much about the scum our gov't attract here.

Good question, how many Zest buyers in LYN? I think maybe 7 to 15 which is about 1 to 2%?

Is this even real? You guys pay x sum for the nice condo, y to renovate it and z for the maintenance fees. Now you dare not go to the pool if there are 3 of those blackies there? What about the gym and playground? You know those blackies are very good at gym and they can run whole day. Are you going to give up your beautiful facilities to them?

First time I heard of rukun tetangga in condo. You guys worry that it will be Venice Hill II? Actually, besides that 3, how many others are there? Not all are bad, but they love group parties, orgies and LOUD noise.

Actually, I have friends who are fed up of living in landed houses because of lack of maintenance, no facilities, lack of proper security, etc.

Now, reading this, condos are not problem free either.
