Most owners, I am sure they are not aware that those Malay women come to the agent are on behalf of Negro.
I just hope to protect each other, agents are well aware of this. The tenancy agreement set by agency normally is norm enough compare to solicitor's tenancy agreement. The agents must act smart now. |

Nowadays there must be some pak hitam inside a condo ,
even luxury condo they can afford to rent it too . not sure what business they do , usually they can also afford to get a middle range car like vios , proton perdana . You can't really avoid them by letting them to rent your place ... |

All Owners have to work together for the longer term benefit of capital appreciation for this beautiful Zest and not just because of short term gain of getting higher rental returns. passed by the Zest last week during the night time, block C facing the pool seem to be wif the most lights on.. then block B facing pool and block C facing spektra.. all in all, roughly abt 20 over units.. higher done thus far is 425 psf for the block C @ 1,191 sqf, high floor.. it'll reach the 500k, it has actually.. this price will be sustainable only if the rest of those who are willing to let-go below 500k are being taken-up..
