I noticed having quite low signal nowadays. Mostly like 1 or 2 bar or sometimes zero.
Is it due to improper flash?

If you're facing any problem with the rom or whatsoever, try a full wipe first.

For signal, try to flash the recommended radio.

usually after installing a ROM it will become hot for many hours, i dunno what its doing in background. simply wait for the process to finish...

or it could be your mobile data, when you're going to a place with low data signal, your phone will be hot due to often switching network mode. try switch to GSM instead of GSM/WCDMA auto

btw, i read the guide neeed use pc command prompt etc etc to flash radio

Yes, just pit in your sd card and go to bootloader.

Don't need to backup your radio.

Umm well, I noticed this happens especially I'm on mobile network. Normally if I'm connected to "H" icon, I very unlikely to get good signal
When the H become E , then my network signal is good

normal internet usage is 39. and my area is hsdpa (5mbit/s download).
if the area is edge/2g/gprs i would turn off WCDMA.

It's a phone, it might be smart, but its still not a computer.

Hell, think about it, your laptop/desktop now, does it have 100 programs that you installed? (excluding those necessary programs like codecs, word processing, Adobe Flash etc).

As for those services, for some even if you close them it will automatically restart in a minute or two.

lol tested it out with ARHD 3.5.1 and founf out a few things regarding beats:-


1. If you were using stock HTC Music Player WITHOUT volume+, beats audio will definitely be better.

2. Volume+ SUPERCEDES the adjustments made by beats audio, and in all honesty, I didn't hear a single difference.

3. Conclusion 1 : I can't use beats audio with PowerAMP (It's a really awesome and easy to use music player) but I CAN use it with volume+. Additionally, I can adjust the frequencies in PowerAMP like the DSP Manager in CyanogenMOD, combine that with volume+ (for boosting bass and general volume level) and the audio is truly great.

4. Conclusion 2 : Sensation XE is really for those people easily fooled by cheap marketing gimmicks. You don't need a beats audio/headphone shoved down your throat for good music quality, there are other cheaper similar quality/better quality headphones out there in the market and with the proper software adjustments the Sensation XE is rather redundant IMHO.

tried arhd 3.5.1 & stock rooted 1.72 XE rom , beats audio does improve the S.Q , smooth and fast too .. but 1.73 XE is out d , dev are molding it into shape , hope 1.73 with have stock kernal which runs at 1.5ghz ~
