QUOTE(TongCN @ Aug 2 2011, 08:01 AM) My phone suddenly turned black this morning and can't wake it up until i removed the battery. The last thing i did b4 it turned black was downloading inotia 3 from Market and leave it there. I don't know if the game causing that. But I have both the apps and the problem once. |

Hi, I'm new to this flashing thing, I have couple of question.
1. If you S-Off, does it void your SiS warranty? 2. If I'm using InsertCoin, do I have to do step 3 in the XDA forum (permanently root your Sensation)? |

QUOTE(bernardryan @ Sep 7 2011, 09:32 AM) Yes, technically, when you S-Off, you void your warranty, but if you S-off with "Revolution" and not the "HTC" type, you can always revert back to be S-On in case of warranty purpose. Also, there have been reports where the phone is S-off and sent for warranty because of hardware problem and they would fix it... Should I root my phone? |

QUOTE(ianlti @ Sep 7 2011, 08:54 PM) for now i still think that insertcoin is the smooth/battery life well balance rom. I have 2 sensation both testing different roms, mike's arhd 3.0.4 is great too 1day 17 hours still got 17% left. phone is wifi on + auto-sync most of the time is idle. Insertcoin 18hs 51 mins full time 3g+wifi constant uses Check mail + voice call + full time sync +online 49% left. You using stock Kernel? |

QUOTE(teh_master @ Sep 8 2011, 07:08 PM) Any of leedroid v.3.0 user experiencing longer HTC splash screen n laggy / slower boot animation? I let the Rom settle after two hours and fix permission, reboot and it seems slightly improve the boot up time. first boot my phone is utterly hot when charging, cleaning battery stats and it's ok.Overclock seems sticking after few benchmarks and restart. Snappy n smooth, epic leedroid release. Hehe Home screen a bit choppy at first, but after restart the choppiness has decrease, but a little choppy with the mail, calendar, and friend stream widget. When charging utterly choppy. Anyone have experience the same? |

QUOTE(phra09 @ Sep 8 2011, 08:50 PM) Can anyone advise me if doing root will wipe off my data? I'm 16 years old, got sensation with 2 years SiS warranty, and have root my device by looking XDA guide. If you follow carefully nothing could go wrong Im gonna start do it this weekend, probably leedroid as most comment said will improve performance and battery life quite nervous as i afraid something goes wrong or stuck halfway ... Added on September 9, 2011, 6:12 pm QUOTE(alloyion @ Sep 9 2011, 06:05 PM) I am running LeeDroid V3.0.0 with LeeDroid Kernel 3.1.0 with CPU Master OC at 1.72ghz. Re-download the rom and just flash it over the V3.0.0 wth kernel 3.1.0?So far no lagging or wat so ever. Juz the battery drain faster. Will do batt cab and might set few profiles in the OC Added on September 9, 2011, 6:14 pm QUOTE(billy_overheat @ Sep 8 2011, 09:23 PM) Using Insertcoin with stock Kernel = choppyThis post has been edited by Zelz92: Sep 9 2011, 06:21 PM |

QUOTE(AzeL @ Sep 9 2011, 06:15 PM) Try with faux123 0.1.2 Kernel 1.56Ghz Synch L2 What if using Sensation kernel 0.1.2 (1.78 GHz)?I'm using it and no problems, no choppiness. I did try the new kernel from Lee (3.1.0) but the slow bootup/choppiness still remain. Faux123 HTC Sensation Kernel What is the difference between on demand and smartass? |

Ive been usin AnTuTu CPU Master recently, it got future like on demand, smartass, powersave, peformance etc. Is AnTuTu CPU Master real, change CPU speed or help? Or should just flash kernel and that's it? Oh, and is there another apps like AnTuTu?
