please recommend me a card based on my needs below please.
1. Annual Income: RM66K
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: not a must
3. Card required for: normally spend on Petrol, grocery, dining, travel.
4. Existing credit cards if any: already has my Amex platinum credit card, so recommend me a Visa/Master card.
5. Preferred Bank or Considering CC from banks: recommend me pls.
6. Others: i will pay outstanding balance in full every month, so interest rate is not my concern at all.
7. Estimated Spending per month with the card: around 1k.
thank you

For less than RM1K spending per month you can consider OCBC Titanium MasterCard where you get 5% cash rebate for Groceries, Petrol, Dining and Phone Bill. But the cash back is capped at RM50/month. Therefore, you may not earn anything when go traveling but got the convenience of having a MasterCard.
Or get the Maybankard 2 Cards where the AMEX card you'll get unlimited 5X Treats Points for all transactions, and on weekends you get extra 5% cash back for all transactions but also capped at RM50/month. It comes with either MAsterCard or Visa which is good for overseas as Maybank's conversion rate is the lowest.

For your case UOB One Card.
Click here to read my article, REvamp UOB One Card - It'a A Pure Cash Back Card July 2011. You get cash back and no reward points, but I think the cash back better than points comparing to other banks' classic card.
