If front is 20 and back is 5, body should be max 59ft as need 1ft at the end of the back for concrete. I have checked Pentas 2 brochure length and it stated 59ft in mm. Pentas 1 longer 1ft.

Only down side in AI at this moment is not many amenities inside AI. I guess we will get RM330/sq-ft when I&P and TTDI launching and completing commercial properties....It will be in 2-3 years, I guess...

I hope the developer take more effort to bring the township, if amenities like shop & school is there, I think will be nice place to stay since the density was low.

for ttdi alam impian there is school..not sure about i&p

chinese school + fencing will boost property to 2X ... kebangsaan school effect smaller.

If you see the I&P Master plan, there is a
1) Sekolah Rendah
2) Sekolah Menengah
3) Sekolah Agama
4) International School

Ang2 I dont think chinese school will available in AI, If you looking for chinese school, you need to go Kota Kumuning (sjk c chung hua kota kemuning) (3-5km) from AI using LKSA or back road at Econsave (8-10km)

Alarm System included? I was tot only Auto gate in the brochure.

Until to this moment, the security alarm system still included. Because....it is not stated in the S&P nor brochure, later they take away, then don't blame me ah....

canting already built units have alarm, u can go check out. Brochure may not printed.

Only can pray hard now they will install the alarm system for free, it is not mentioned in snp also i think.

For Boolster pump, is it confirmed? It is not mentioned also right in snp and brochure.

If I&P can let TTDI to develope the commercial land, Alam Impian could be much better....my wishful thinking....

seeing what happened in Bangkok, it's important to buy props at higher ground like Pentas.

Heard lake with proper drainage system is a good flood control, correct?

My ex boss bought a house in meranti puchong, near lake and that area experience flood before and he sell off the house in 2009 i think, he should be cursing by now. If hold till this year definately can sell with good price. Maybe that area last time without proper drainage system.
