Guys,plannig to get my asus n43sl this weekend.what should i check for during the purchase?dead pixels?

Try check the heat exit see got any dust or not.
Try to open close the laptop screen see whether it close fit.
Press the keyboard ?
Shake the laptop ?
Mostly see on the hardware.

I tried to use Dell Chat feature... but only an image come out. I tried Australian Dell, the chat works.

then just check as much as you can... don't forget the webcam, audio ports etc.
